Voice Recognition not working

I am trying to use voice recognition on v 5.110 on my iPad. I do not get a response.
Support may have more to say
My two cents, I have not found voice recognition scorekeeping entry as reliable as normal finger tapping.
( that said aidio playback on mobile viewer app works great)
