If we create a Team Website, can parents access all of the live play by play scoring during games via the website without each of them needing the premium iScore Central App subscription?

Fans can view iscorecast on the Web from a computer for free with or without a team web site subscription.. you just have to provide them the game specific link. With a team web site subscription you can provide them a TEAM specific link and save yourself emailing game by game links.

to view pitch by pitch detail on a Mobile device (phone or tablet) requires a Team Subscription and the blue Iscore central App or a premium subscription.

Thanks for the reply. So if I create a team website all the parents can view the live play-by-play scorecasts from the iScore Central app without needing their own subscriptions?

Yes, that is correct. A team website unlocks the iScorecasts for free viewing.

I created a website this past week and sent the link to parents. I had several parents who could not watch the games this weekend. It was the games were not showing up, requested a password or they wanted to charge them to watch on mobile app. Please let me know what needs to be done so parent can watch live play-by-play and not pay for access.

All you need is the team website. If you are scoring a game with iScorecast enabled for the team that the Team Website is for, then an Unlock icon will appear in the listing when they search for the game in iScore Central. If this is not happening, please let us know the URL for your team website and we will take a look to see what is going on.

The url is iscorebaseball.com/scchaos. Some parents were telling me the games this weekend where not even showing up on the list of games on the website. I was connected to WFI while scoring the game. If there a different link that we should be sharing for the games?

When we search for South Carolina Chaos in iScore Central we see the three games from the weekend, and it has the unlocked icon which means the games can be watched for free. Here is the screenshot:

If you have folks that are not seeing this, then maybe they need to update to the newest version of iScore Central.

I'm new at this but do I have to create the game and then export for them to be able to see the current game that is being scored. I have not exported the last game from this weekend. They want to be able to view as the game is going on. Please send me the URL that I should be sending them to accomplish this. My son was on another team that did this and we didn't have to pay or enter a password to watch the games.

An export is only necessary to update the team website. The iScorecasts will automatically be updated as long as you have iScorecast enabled and you have an internet connection while scoring the game. If you try downloading the iScore Central application from the app store, and search for "South Carolina Chaos" you should see your games just as we do. They can download the iScore Central application fro Google Play or the Apple App Store and search for your team there.
