Premium Renewal Error (resolved)

Same issue here, tried all the options.

It says I have already purchased the upgrade.

iPhone 6
It worked for 3 months
Tried logging out and back in.
Deleted the app and reinstalled.
I purchased it under the same email as registered on this forum.
Sent an email to support with no response

Let me know If I can be upgraded.

We believe we have finally found the cause of not allowing renewals and an update will be out shortly.

there is an updated version of iScore Central Viewer (for Apple Products) to fix the issue
app store. v1.6 Sept 22, 2017.
