Update to Premium error (resolved)

I am getting the update to premium error, as the other are.
I have emailed tech support twice.

Please advise on how to fix this.

Email support@iscoresports.com with the email you used to subscribe to premium and they can investigate. ( you may want to include a link to this thread).

To help us troubleshoot in the forum
Are using android or iphone,

Q1) did you purchase premium 'in app' using your itunes account and password or other method?

Q2) how long did premium work (if at all) before the issue?

Q3) Is this your first time registering? Or a renewal?

Q2) how long did premium work (if at all) before the issue? It worked for three months

Q3) Is this your first time registering? Or a renewal? This is my first attempt at renewal. Had been using for three months.

We are not finding your account using the email you used in the forum here. Did you use a different email address to make the purchase?

there is an updated version of iScore Central Viewer (for Apple Products) to fix the issue
app store. v1.6 Sept 22, 2017.
