Can't access Premium on app (resolved)

I can't access premium upgrade on the app on my iphone. I have removed and reinstalled app twice, but it is still not working.

Email support@iscoresports.com with the email you used to subscribe to premium and they can investigate. ( you may want to include a link to this thread).

To help us troubleshoot in the forum
I see from your post you are using iphone,

Q1) did you purchase premium 'in app' using your itunes account and password or other method?

Q2) how long did premium work (if at all) before the issue?

Q3) Is this your first time registering? Or a renewal?

Thanks for your response...

1)I purchased this 'in app'

2) It worked all last season, went to use it this past weekend as we started back playing, it did not work. I tried purchasing premium option, and it told me that I had already purchased premium and it would be restored. Tried "restore previous purchase", nothing.

3) No, I've used the app for 2+ years without issue.

Are you using iOS or Android? When you press the "3 bar button" in the upper left in iScore Central, what version does it say you have (will be shown at the bottom of the screen).

there are a few users on this forum reporting similar problems.

Support has been responding on a case by case basis.. best if you post here and email them at Support@iscoresports.com with your user email address and information.

I am also an Iphone user and was able to renew my premium iscore central subscription from within the app (orange button) without any issues. So the underlying issue is not universal to all apple devices, support is trying to identify the root cause . but in the interim is responding to valid user subscriptions by email.

@ support,... I notice one user said he has had Premium for 2+ years, .. leads me to wonder,.. could this be attributed to Users Who had the "Original Subscription Version" . if i recall , the "Original Subscription Version" was Handled slightly differently on your side.. just trying to brainstorm common cause.

We think that may be the root cause but are still trying to work through it as our results are very inconsistent as well when trying to test the renewals (i.e. we are not seeing the issue, but there are enough people asking about it that we know it is real... and we just have to keep trying different scenarios to find what is going on).

I emailed support last week, but have not received a reply. Any other thoughts on how to rectify this issue?
