Can't seem to renew TruMedia analytics subscription (answered)

Click on Register, tells me that I have registered and that my TruMedia Analytics subscription expired 2017-05-25. I click on add ons (Options menu) and can only see Major League stuff. Try to Register/Login (bottom right button) fails - incorrect Email/pwd combination. Click forgot username or password - everything disappears and iScore closes. Help!!!!

TruMedia Add on Product renewals are no longer being offered by TruMedia. back in June, iScore Support posted below on this news.. .Sorry,

I assumed the companies True Media and/or Iscore communicated such to existing customers , but seems the mechanic to do so for in App subscriptions is not that sophisticated.
