I’m having the same problem I paid the premium and it want restore it so can’t keep track of my daughters gam :oops:

Update to the latest version from Apple, v1.6 . We have not had any reports of the renewal process not working on the updated version. If you have issues, Please reply with you Phone model and email that you use to register and renew

@damitche23 - we can see your subscription expired on August 21. If you update to the newest version, you should be able to renew your subscription from within the application just fine.
