App Not Accepting My Premium Upgrade Purchase (resolved)

My Premium status expired and I keep trying to renew it but App is not accepting my purchase. I get the message that the Upgrade "has already been purchased and will be restored for free".

I have tried logging out/in. I deleted the App and then reinstalled. I checked with Apple support and my Apple account/ID/CC info is all good and up to date.

Can someone help?

(Ok, iscore central premium subscription on iPhone - I moved this post under iScore Central Viewer Q&A. )

the recommended procedure for end user on iPhone is try and sign out/sign back in.

if that does not work, delete app, re download app, and sign back in.

If you provide your Sign in user email ID. Support may be able to check the status on their side of servers.

I have already sent 2 emails to that address prior to posting here and have not received a response. All I want is for Iscore to take my $5 so I can follow my son's baseball games.

We are not sure why the renewal is not working, but we have extended your subscription out 30 days from today, so you should be good for now while we try and figure out the issue with renewals.

there is an updated version of iScore Central Viewer (for Apple Products) to fix the issue
app store. v1.6 Sept 22, 2017.
