Can a Single Premium Subscription Be Used for Both iOS and Android devices (answered)

I upgraded to premium on my iPad. When I access on my Android phone, I don't have access to the premium functions.

I have not had a problem signing onto multiple iOS iPhone/iPad devices with my single registered email/password but i have not tried to cross platforms Android and Apple. I assume that is allowed, but would not be too surprised to hear apple/google somehow do not allow.


When you signed into the iscore Central Viewer App on your Android phone ( using the same email and password used on iPad) .what did it say? did it recognize you ? or did you have to re register?

... i.e on the Android phone , where you able to simply enter the email and password that you previously used on iPad and press "Sign In" or did you have to press "Register Now" and register your email address anew for Android phone?

I was able to use the same user ID and password on both the iPad and android phone. On the iPad, I upgraded to premium. When I login on my android phone, the premium features are not available. I am given a message to upgrade in order to get the premium features.

so It is recognizing your ID and password, just not enabling the premium features..

try signing out and signing back in again. (yes, that works many times, and is the response support will also give as indicated below).

after signing back in, is it giving you some premium features or none? (, play by play, favorites, audio, push notifications, no ads )

So, I logged out of both the iPad and Android phone apps. Logged back into iPad account and premium features are there. Logged into Android phone app and premium features are not there. Can I only be logged into one device at a time?

I do not have an android device to test, but on iOS i can use multiple devices with one email id/password

i can only repeat what support suggested and copied in my prior post, to sign in/out.

I am sorry that did not work, you can send an email to support@iscoresports.com .. and they should get back with you

Historically on the forum, when users have reported 'paid for premium' and it "not being enabled", support has suggested: 1) sign out/sign in, 2) retry purchase process and 3) email them if not solved.

Support has never mentioned on this forum that user purchases "can" or "can not" cross platforms (android-iOS) with a single paid premium email ID and password. My expectation would be they can, but It is conceivable that there is a technical barrier that precludes, unfortunately I do not have an Android device to test.

I hope you will update the forum when you get an answer from support or otherwise resolve this issue so others can learn from your experience.

Logging out of both my iPad and Android phone accounts and then logging back in did not correct my problem. In order to get the premium service I had to pay a second subscription fee. I will be cancelling both subscriptions.

Thanks to those who attempted to solve this problem for me.

did you email support@iscoresports.com as suggested? What did they say in response?
did they confirm you could not have a single account across Android and iPhone?

given their past track record for customer appreciation, i would be VERY surprised if their answer was ' tuff luck, you have to pay twice', unless there are contractual reasons by Apple/google. if there is a technical challenge that they have to manually override in the background I suspect support would be receptive.
