Push notifications on Central Viewer (resolved/fixed )

I am a paid subscriber (with active subscription) to iScore Central. I've noticed that push notifications have not been working for the past few days to week.

I confirmed I have most of the push notification options 'checked' in settings and I do have a team in my favorites.

Is there something I can do to fix this as it's one of the main reasons I purchased or is there a bug

sorry you are experiencing issues with central viewer...

@ support - Monitors the forum and Will need to look at their servers and report back any findings.


@Noyz - about the only thing you can do on user end is ,
  • 1) make sure your app is up to date w most recent version from google/apple.
    2) Log out and log back in, (yes this sometimes help 'reset' things). or
    3) remove and re in stall the app (least helpful user solution).

I completed steps 1, 2 & 3 prior to our last baseball game and it still did not help. No notification of game start or score changes. I look forward to your report of their findings.

@Noyz - did this get resolved?

@ support, Can you confirm if this issue was ever replicated and if so resolved or if on list for future consideration ?

It has not been resolved. We played 4 games over the weekend and there were no notifications at all. The subscription is active because I can use the favorites feature and the audio.

@Noyz .. thanks for extra info. A Tangential question , How did you insert pictures in forum post so well ? every time i try, i fail. Can you give me the step wise tutorial? thanks OhioTex

I have not heard anything from @support. Am I the only one not getting notifications?

@OhioTex unfortunatley to insert images into the form you have to hot them on a server somewhere then insert the url like: [ img ] http://www.yourhost.com/imagename.jpg [ /img ]

Wow, a whole TONNE of notifications arrived on my phone about 15 mins ago. (as well as some other friends I know). Something must have been clogged? Hopefully working going forward.!?
