I'm logged into the IScore Central Viewer app and search for my team. When I try to select it, nothing happens. I've tried this on different devices and have the same result. What would cause this?

My guess is your team does not have an active game in the defined search time frame. The cetral viewer app only searches +/- seven days . Under settings you set a slider between 0 to 7 for number of days to search .

Are you logged in with a premium subscription?


I just tested when loged in as premium subscription, i select a game, then select triple dot menu (upper right) ,
"Add to favorite"and it gives me choice for home or away team.

(After i choose it as a favorite, settings under the hamburger (three bar) menu (upper left) >settings are updated.

This is a few month old thread, but recently had another user post 'unable to save favorites' and in the process of troubleshooting that -- stumbled on a reason sometimes FIND TEAMS won't save as a favorite - Thought you may be interested in knowing (if not already discovered)

But in sum, There is a difference between

• GAMES > SEARCH > select game > ....>ADD TO FAVORITES (Which will save favorite)
  TEAM > FIND TEAM > select team > ... >ADD TO FAVORITES (will only save as favorite if TEAM WEBSITE subscriber)

Basically, FIND TEAMS only "sticks", ( ie saves team as favorite), if Team has a Team Website Subscription ( however GAME >SEARCH Saves same team regardless) (the program does not prompt you on this, non stick reason)

I know it has been months, and you may no longer recall specifics behind your original post. But thought this may be related
