Is there any update to the timeline to getting the servers back up?

We will be posting in the main thread any time we have an update. As noted there, our hosting provider is unable to provide us any specific ETA other than to say they are in the process of restoring. That is all the information we have.

What is the issue you are having right now? Most services should be working fine.

Its hard to believe the service provider is not giving a timetable for when these sites will be back online. You guys must be pulling your hair out.

Yes, it is incredibly frustrating and we push them multiple times every day to get answers and they do not provide anything valuable that we can pass on other than that "they are working on it".
