@CoachBrockhoff --- Data Sharing works fine as long as you do an Options -> Export from the device you are trying to retrieve data from.

Re: iScore Server Status
I downloaded a roster from MAxPreps, but can't download from another coaches iPad using the "Get from Web Database" option.
It gives me a "Invalid Customer ID or Password" message.

Re: iScore Server Status
The other coach needs to do an Options -> Export to put his most recent data on the server. You will then be able to data share from that coach's device.

Re: iScore Server Status
As I understand it..
All server connectivity related items had an interruption of service on 3/1.
But FTM support quickly got the services back up and running for scoring related items.
The items that takes longer is restoring historical archives from backup to production server.
Doing an option export puts your latest data back on their servers , which helps expedite process in case your device is back in the queue.
The option export also triggers other things and so it is recommended by support that users do that to expedite the recovery .

Re: iScore Server Status
I'm having the same problem! We score games on two seperate iPads. I can sign in and export to the server from one of the iPads but cannot export or sign in on the other iPad! So one of the username and passwords work and the other username and password doesn't work. Is this related to the servers being down and if it is when do you think it will be fixed? Thanks!!
Re: iScore Server Status
Is there any word on a timeline for the sites to go back up?
Thanks

Message received when attempting to log into our website is "Website Administrator: If you are the Administrator for this Team Website, please go to the Options screen in iScore on the device associated with this website and tap the Export button. After getting a Successful message, Refresh this page." This was done successfully, but still can't get to website.

If you have done an export and are still getting this message it means your customer ID is not the same as the one associated with the site. If you email us your customer ID and URL we can do the association for you. Email info to support@iscoresports.com.

Do an Options -> Export from your device to send your most recent data to the server and you should be able to log in. If that does not work, email us at support@iscoresports.com after your export with your customer ID and we will take a look at your data.

Re: iScore Server Status
I exported all data from my iPhone approximately a month ago. The iScore app was accidentally deleted from my iPhone so I downloaded the app again from my iTunes account. I tried to import the data again to my iPhone. The import indicated it was successful, but nothing showed up. I logged into my administrator website and all team information, games, etc. are no longer there. All of the Scorecasts are still there, but no player info, game info, etc.
Would this have anything to do with the server issue you are having? I had over 3 years of games scored for 3 different teams on my iPhone.
PLEASE HELP!!!
