Reconciling Error Discrepancy in Boxscore on Team Website

Hi there,
New to iscore, and really happy with its capabilities, UI and support so far. I noticed something recently, and employed a workaround, but am wondering if I am missing something, or if perhaps, a fix might be in the works?
I don't usually use the team website, but last night, my husband had it up, and I saw that our opponent's errors were not populating the "E" field of the box score. I found a few support threads on the forum, and went ahead and tried a workaround, which was successful, but I'm not happy with what it does to the stat table on the team website.
For those who are unfamiliar w/ what I'm referring to - Here are the details:
I make defensive substitutions for our team each inning, because I know our kids, and have a game lineup to reference. With the exception of the pitcher, I don't usually make defensive substitutions for our opponent - it is too difficult w/ position changes each inning w/ a bunch of kids I don't know. I just leave the positions blank, (minus pitchers) and Iscore correctly scores the game, assigns errors for each respective position, and correctly calculates the field in the box score on my device. When I import to the Team Website, however, the "E" field populates with a zero. I have gone back in and added generic position identifiers, and the error field populates correctly, however, if an error was committed at a generic position, the identifier is added to the bottom of the lineup, leaving an otherwise clean stat table looking cluttered and confused .
Iscore is able to produce an accurate box score within the app, without using dummy players, but can't duplicate it on the team website. Is there any way to reconcile this? It may sound nit picky, I know, but it is a shame to see a little quirk in the system, tarnish an aspect of such a well thought out and supported product.
