Multiple Devices - Mulitple purchases?

Post by vfraenckel » Mon Oct 21, 2013 11:28 am

I recently purchased iScore Baseball for my Android phone. I see that there is a Kindle version as well. Would I have to make a separate purchase to get it for my Kindle Fire? If it is a seperate purchase, would I be able to have data from both devices sync to the same account?

Thanks

No additional cost and Yes can share data

If you can sign on from your kindle using the same user ID you purchased your original android version from it is my understanding it will download for free . ( iscore supports standard android on both phone and tablet screen sizes. That said the kindle fire I have heard sometimes has some 'odd' quirks because of non standard implementation of android. But we do have users on this forum using. Search for kindle fire will highlight the quirks)

Sharing data between devices is common place . Using OPTION > DATA SHAREING > get from web. the link in my signature below will take you to additional training info.

Slight correction to previous post... Kindle devices require purchasing from the Amazon App Store. This is an Amazon restriction.

However, most Android devices allow you to install the Amazon App Store.

So... if you purchase from the Amazon App Store and install it on your additional Android devices, then you can install iScore from the Amazon App Store on all those devices with a single purchase.

If you purchase from Google Play, then Amazon does not allow you to install on Kindle devices (they don't support Google Play).

This is an Amazon restriction, not an iScore restriction.

The version of iScore on Google Play and the Amazon App Store are the same.

So I have same question but not sure I saw answer here.

I had iscore basketball on my iPad, and recently downloaded same app to my new iPhone. iPhone shows a different customer ID. Can I somehow get same customer ID onto my iPhone, so I can open it and do an import, and get all my data (team and game stats) from the ipad version downloaded?

You can transfer data to your new device by following the instructions here (same for any sport):

I have iScore Baseball installed on my Android Smartphone which was purchased through Google Play so I take it that I can also install it on a Nexus 7 tablet without any additional cost. Is that correct?

Also when I purchase the MLB Season Package Add-On for 2014 season do I need to purchase two copies of that in order to have it on my smartphone and tablet?

Thanks for a quick reply.

Yes, you can install it on your Nexus 7 as long as the Nexus 7 uses the same Google Play account as your Android Smartphone.

The rosters can also be installed on multiple devices with a single purchase... just register the devices to the same email as described here:

If I want to use iScore on an Android device and an iOS device, do I have to purchase it twice?

You would have to purchase the Android version and the iOS version to use on both platforms. Google and Apple do not share sales information. This is true of any paid application.
