Welcome back to iScore.
to add to mark's Post .. we would be glad to help you ASAP , And we can help you get it figure out, but need a bit more details and specificity in your post.. (inherent challenge of support by forum)
while awaiting more from you .. here is some background and "specific terminology" we use that may help you on your own..
(It is sometimes confusing to new users and returning users who have been on hiatus and/or are using multiple devices. )
From the device (phone/tablet)
Device/Customer ID - a unique 10 alpha/numeric serial number assigned to each isCore device hardware/ software installation. It can be fond on your handheld (phone/tablet - Android or iOS ) from the devices iScore Main Screen > Options > Admin WebSite. You get the device Id and the password there. you should write down the number for each of your devices (in case you loose one). (you also manage the password from here)
"Register" (from device...Main Screen > Options > Register ... is how you register each device to a common email account. you can check here to be sure registered or not. once you link multiple devices to a common email, when you log into your admin web site, under accounts you will see all the devices associated with the email address.
Export from device Option > Export - copies all your local device data to the iscore master servers, you need to do this after you set up your device ID and password and register, so the device data is all stored in the iscore server ..
import from device Option > Import - Only do when you want to over write all your local device data from a version stored on the iscore master servers, (you would do this after doing an Admin Web Site > Account > Manage Data > Copy From/to when you are transferring complete database back in to the local device.
From the web
Admin Web site aka "iScoreCenteral" is the free administrative web site that comes with the iScore purchase but is unigue to each device ID and can be logged into at my.iscorecentral.com . (you link various devices by registering) On the Admin web site is stored a copy of your device data base every time you Option > Export. (this lets you both manage some of the data through the web but also provides a back up of your data by device, and if you have a Team Web site subscription it populates that web data base too)
Data Sharing ( from your device > Options > Data Sharing > get from Web ) is the normal way to transfer a few games from one device to another. you go to Options > data share from the destination device, and use the device ID and password from the source device, then follow the prompts. there is help on this at
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/support.php
Admin Web Site > Accounts > Manage Data > Copy (from here) > To Here .. is a way to totally transfer your whole database from one device to another. When you do this you are asking iScore to totally over write the destination device data base on the iscore server (erasing everything on it and replacing with the copied data base) , then you bring that into your device by Options > Import
team web site. is an optional web site subscription you can purchase for 20$/year and is accessed at
iscorebaseball.com/MyTeamName (where MyTeamName is name you define at signup/payment, and is associated with a specific device ID)
When you log into the team admin web site, and go to accounts, under my Add ons, it will show you any team web sites you have purchases.
you can "transfer the team web site master from device or teams from the admin web site" then when the Master device Option > exports the team web site is updated.
hope this back ground helps not confuses..
Post your specifics and some one will help walk you through this.
