Slap bunt

Can a slap hit/bunt option be added to the in play options for softball?

We have this request on our list, but you can enter a bunt now with a comment saying it is a slap hit/bunt. There would not be any effect on the statistics.

Any time frame for when this might get added? Seems like it's been on the list for a LONG time.

We do not have a time frame for when it might be added. It is still on out enhancement list along with everything else that gets suggested. As noted previously, you can still enter it as a bunt with a note indicating it was a slap bunt if you would like. And if as noted in your other post you want it to be counted as a sacrifice, you can enter it as a sacrifice bunt with a note saying it was a slap bunt as well.
