New replacement iPad and MLB Roster add on

I have an iphone and ipad and I replaced my iPad. I had MLB roster on both, having bought it once and it was placed on the other through registration. I registered my new iPad, but, don't see that MLB roster is on the new device, since in options, add Ons, it shows the MLB roster 2013 is not updatable, but, has a fee to buy. Please describe how to get MLB roster on my new iPad. Thanks.

From admin website, account tab, bottom of page you can add to your new device.
