Hit Locations Not Showing Up

When I use iScorecentral, I can see my team's hit locations. Unfortunately, when I click hit locations for any of our opponents, a blank pdf opens up. How can I fix this?

Make sure you have added the players to the Team ROSTER for each team. If when you score a game, you are only adding the opponents to the Lineups for the games, then the players won't be on the Team ROSTER, and therefore there hits won't show up when viewing the hit locations.
