I have a league set up and usually update my team stats after each little league game, but it will not let me. When I tried last night, it said unable to send email, please try again later. When I tried to resend this morning, it did not give me an error message, but the email with the team stats did not send. Any idea why?

First be sure you are running the newest version of iScore on your device (v4.04 for Apple devices and v4.09 for Android devices).

With this morning's attempt, did you get a Successful message? If so, be sure to check your SPAM folder for the email.

Yes, I am running the most current version. When I sent the email this morning, it did not give me a successful message. I tried all your troubleshooting steps...still no luck. Even though I am running the latest version, I had not updated my game stats. I did that and then resent and it worked.....although it did not give me a successful message, but I did receive it. Thanks for your help.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and tell us what you are trying to email, we can take a look with a device here to see what may be going on. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

I received the email...it just did not give me a successful message.
