This year, when I send the stats out through email, everything looks fine from a computer, but on a portable device (iPhone, iPad), when it opens all the formatting etc. is gone and it is hard to see everything because it is all jumbled up.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

I have recently imported and have the latest update.

The only time we have seen an issue like that is if you do not tap the "download full message" button on an iPhone. If only part of the message is displaying, it does not have the formatting, and you have to download the full message for the formatting to be there.
