TIP: How to Copy Complete DataBase From one Device to Another - FAQ

We have added the ability to do a complete database copy from one device to another. The most common use case for this will be when a user gets a new device that they want to use iScore on, and they want to transfer their data over to the new device. (For advanced users, you can also use it to transfer between multiple devices you score on instead of data sharing if you are careful. It does not "merge" the way Data Sharing does, but sometimes you just want to keep two or more devices having the exact same data and this will work).
Here is a link to our FAQ describing how to do a complete data transfer:

For a new device, another common request is to transfer a Team Website to that new device. Here is a link that describes how to do that:

A couple other things to note when you transfer data to a new device:
* iScorecasts do NOT get transferred automatically. iScorecasts are sent to our server from the device you scored the game on. Even when you transfer your data, the iScorecast is still associated with the device it was scored on. If you want the iScorecast to be available from your new account, you can go to Game Manager on the new device after transferring, select the game you want to put on the iScorecast server, then scroll down to "iScorecast Synchronize" and tap that
* Player Photos do not get transferred. Like iScorecasts, player photos are associated with the device that uploaded them. If you want the new device to have photos associated with your players, you will have to upload them again
* For those with team website, the "Scorecard PDF" will not be transferred. You can get the Scorecard to be available on your website by emailing yourself the scorecard from your new device after transferring. Sending an email of the scorecard allows the server to save a copy to your account. (NOTE: You can also just use "web" as the email to address and it will save the scorecard to the server without actually sending an email.)
* If you have MLB Rosters, you can transfer those to your new device from the Admin Website (see this link: http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php
