new iPad...new user ID??

Hi, I had to swap out my iPad 2 for a new one. When I reloaded the iscore app, it gave me a new user ID and only had data from December 2011 and before. All the 2012 data was missing. I'm guessing the missing data is because it didn't get backed up on itunes. But my question is why did I get a new user ID? Is there any way I can use my original ipad user ID on my new ipad so that all of my data is on it? I don't want to have to import all the games/teams/leagues I entered this past summer!!! I have 3 kids on 5 different teams!! If not, is there an easier way for me to get all of my 2012 data on the new ipad user ID without having to reset up all the leagues and import each game/team? UGH! (everytime i get a new device I get a new user ID!! i think i'm up to 4 now - 2 android and 2 ipad! it's frustrating. why can't we just keep the same one?!)

User ID is unique to the device, so new device = new user ID. This can not be changed.

However, if you email FTM support, support@iscoresports.com, they can transfer everything over to your new device.

Did you do an export before switching devices? The key to preserving your old data is to ensure it is always exported to FTM servers.

You will also need to do an export from your new device to make it visible to FTM on their end.
