New phone, lost all info... Help plz

I just upgraded my cell pnone, reinstalled Iscore and everything I had is gone.
What do I have to do to get back all my info into this App?

If you backed up your data in iTunes, you can restore that backup to your new device.
If you did an Options -> Export in iScore from your old device, then if you can email your old and new customer ID to
support@iscoresports.com, we can transfer your data to your new account.
