While I think it is pulling all stats for my games, there were 3 fall tournaments which shows each player as 'zero' for GP, so total Games Played is way off. I think I have all Player, Team & League boxes properly checked. Suggestions?

Try opening the team on your device, viewing the team stats, and doing a "Recalc". We changed from "calculating" Games Played to storing games played in an update earlier this year. Older games could still have "0" for the stored Games Played value, and a Recalc will fix this.
This was required to handle the situation of a courtesy runner coming into the games or a pinch runner coming into the game and doing nothing but remaining on the base they were on. There was no way to "calculate" that player should have a "Game Played" so we had to start storing the value.
