If you have a "team web site" subscription you can use your team name in the URL instead of device id and embed that url..

I did give that a shot. However, it appears that the teamwebsite code is linked to the old device code. It will not display the new scorecast data.

You can change the device the team website is linked to by following the instructions here:

I find myself in a similar predicament in that I dropped my iPad... had it replaced at Apple, and restored from backup.... All went fine but I have noticed that any new game or statistical info is not exporting to my website... obviously because a different device with a different username is exporting it.

The info is getting to the iscore servers because the games being played (post drop) are appearing on the my.iscorecentral.com, but not making it out to my teams website....

Can someone help me out here??? I am at a loss on what needs to be changed... The website is http://www.iscorebaseball.com/southjerseystingrays13u" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; All info has been exported to servers....

THANKS GUYS!!!!

I did just notice this fact... I am 99% sure that my new device account doesn't have a website associated with it... and my website is waiting for info from my old user account.... so therefore the previous link doesn't help me because there is no site on the "new" account link...I think that is definitely the problem... Need help... Players badgering me for stats!!!

You would need to log in to the Admin Website with your old user ID and you will see the team website. You can then change the team website to your new device using the instructions from our previous post.

Now here is the kicker.... Is there a way to retrieve my previous user ID?? I would always get it from the Admin Website button in the app... since I don't have the original iPad anymore, I do not have access to the ID #... Is there a chance that support could PM it to me??? The team is the South Jersey Stingrays 13U.

When you get your replacement, do an Options -> Export from the new device as well, and then email us your old and new customer ID from iScore (found on Options screen in iScore), and we can transfer your data to your new device.
I just changed iPads today - what email address do we use to get our customer ID switched over?

Do an Export from both devices and email the customer ID of both devices to support@iscoresports.com and we can transfer your data.

Similar thing. Got a new IPad 2, had been using an Ipad Mini to score a basketball league. I will continue to use the Mini, just not this next season. Exported all data, imported it to the new Ipad 2, everything shows up but each player's picture. We have pictures of all players, makes it easier for novices to score games. How to I get these pictures to transfer to the proper players on the new device? Do I have to take all new pictures (please don't say yes :)
