Scored Run Symbol

Post by Jas » Thu May 10, 2012 7:15 pm

Does anyone know why some of the filled in diamonds on the scorecard (indicating a scored run) have a white dot in the middle? I've never seen this on a scorecard before. Thanks in advance.

It indicates earned vs unearned runs. The solid blue boxes are earned, and the ones that fade to white are unearned runs.
