Best way to load a Roster?

Hi,

I'm going to start heading out to minor league games. I would like to load the team's rosters before I go out there. Usually I do this through the website. Is there a faster way to do this?

Alternatively, is there a fast way to load in a lineup and roster once I get to the stadium? Usually I can copy it off the wall, but that is a slow process.

Fastest way is to import thru admin website if you can get the roster online. No quick and easy way for minor leagues once at the ball park.
