Courtesy runner remaining in lineup?

In our Little League, we allow a "courtesy runner" to come in and run for any base runner (not just the pitcher or catcher.) During inning 1, a Player X got on base with a walk and I traded him out for a Courtesy Runner Y. However, in the 2nd inning, Player X was up to bat and it showed the correct player batting in the lineup detail and the field detail, but the "pitch by pitch" detail showed the Courtesy Runner Y from the previous inning up to bat. Player X got on base with a HP. The field detail still showed Player X but the "pitch by pitch" detail showed Courtesy Runner Y getting HP. The next play has Player X advancing to 2nd on a PB. Field detail is correct and now the "Pitch by Pitch" detail switches back to show the correct Player X advancing to 2nd on a PB. Am I doing something incorrectly with the substitution of a courtesy runner?

We are aware of this issue, however, we have always believed it only occurred when "batting through the lineup" in a single inning. The statistics will be correct. We will be fixing the pitch by pitch listing in an upcoming update.
