As long as you had exported, rest assured your data resides on the FTM servers.

If you know your previous customer ID, just email FTM w that and your new one and they can make the switch.

I did not export ! I did E-mail every game to my daughters coach. I am guessing that that is not going to help at all but I am hoping that you will tell me differently????

Did you ever back up your device to iTunes or iCloud? If you backed up there, you can restore your previous device backup to the new device and not lose anything.

I synced it to the iCloud and to my computer the night before I shipped it off to be replaced, but when I synced the new one, the iScore app was restored with no information in it at all.

Well, having the stats in email is better than nothing. Worst case, they could be used to calculate cumulative stats which could then be entered back into the app.

What version were you running?
How long ago was that device last used?

Recent iOS versions have auto-sync. Maybe it was backed up and you didn't know it.

Very, very important to export (or auto-sync) after every game.

I have version 3.50.103. I lost last season and the first half of this season. My daughter is a junior this year an I really need an accurate count of her stats for recruiting. It sounds like I might be in luck with your help. I will never score another game without exporting!!!!

FTM will chime in here...If your data is on their servers, they will help you get it back.

If its not, we'll walk you thru how to use the reports you have to get it back in there in some form.
