I updated my panteck element and it deleted all my info,games,stats everything.how do I get them back?

How do I undo an update on my element to get back to the old way?

We do not know anything about an Element. You should contact customer support for the Element if you are having issues with it.
If you have done an Options -> Export from within iScore, then your data will be on our servers and we can recover it for you. You can try doing an Options -> IMPORT from within iScore to retrieve your old data if the customer ID is still the same and you have done the export. Otherwise you can email us with your old and new customer ID and we can transfer the data for you.
