If I have an issue with my iPad that requires me to restore it to Factory Settings will I lose all of the data in the iScore app?

Before doing that, be sure you do an Options -> Export from iScore and get a "Successful" message. Then you data will be stored safely on our servers. You can then do your Factory Reset, re-install iScore, and do an Options -> Import in iScore to retrieve your data.

If you do a backup in iTunes and then restore it after your reset you will get them back as well. But I would do what FTM says as well - you can never be too backed up.
