Two players, two teams

Post by MPJ » Mon Mar 05, 2012 9:16 pm

I am a newbie and have probably made a newbie mistake.

When I view the players and teams on the iScore admin site, some players are listed twice and all teams are listed twice. I think this is because I exported my data twice from my iPad, once before a game was played and once after. How do I correct the data on the admin site now and sync it with my iPad?

You can export as many times as you like, and it would not duplicate the data. To get duplicate data, it means you created it twice on your device. Go to League Manager, and make sure the All league is selected. Then go to Player Manager, and press the Merge button, and select the first copy of a player in the left list, and the second copy in the right list, then click the Merge option to combine the players back into one. You can do the same thing with Teams in Team Manager.
