Email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your Team Website and the customer ID of your new device (found on Options screen) and we can switch it over.

Having the same issue with an additional twist. Got a crack on my device screen, so iScore is no longer accessible. I didn't worry about it too much because of the admin site. But then I figured out my most recent games scored -- which needed to be sent on to MaxPreps -- weren't on our admin site. While I synchroize the scorecast after games, I haven't exported unless I had a specific reason to do so. I had emailed the .xls and .html to myself and the coach but that's not what uploads to MaxPreps. Soooo ... likes I'm going to be in the market for a new tablet and be manually inputting MaxPreps, unless someone has a suggestion.

A couple suggestions...

First, you should export after EVERY game, without exception.

Second, if game was iscorecasted, you can retrieve your game(s) from there.

Data Sharing:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _share.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

enter SC:xxxxxxxxx and your password
(x=device id)

Also, you can now transfer your database to your new device without needing to contact support. See here:

I figured out that I should export every game afterward .... as soon as I figured out that they didn't just show up on the admin site via the synch. Live and learn. Thanks for the help on retrieval and transferring to the new device.

With "Sync", you can also use "sync:xxxx" for the customer ID on the data sharing screen to retrieve synched games that were not iScorecast. If all your games were synched, nothing will be lost, even if you did not export.

I'm not sure I'm following that last one.

Exact same thing mprusak said above:
Data Sharing:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ... _share.php

enter SC:xxxxxxxxx and your password
(x=device id)
Except instead of "SC:", use "SYNC:" and it will retrieve the data from your synchronized backups.

Making progress, but not there yet. Have the new tablet -- both are Google Nexus 7 -- and have put iScore on the new device. Google restores the app, but not the data that was on the old one. On the old one, the lower quarter of the tablet is pretty close to useless, but the upper three-quarters seems to work. I also was able to turn bluetooth on for both devices and pair them. But on the old tablet, while I can get into iScore, I can't seem to get into options. On the new tablet, if I go into Options --> Data Sharing, it gives me the option to Get from Web, but nothing about bluetooth. The page about sharing data with other devices says, "To share data over Bluetooth (no internet required), you set one device to "Get via Bluetooth", and the other to "Send via Bluetooth". " But I'm not seeing where on the devices that I would do this. Anyone?
