When adding players the option exists for choosing that a player bats both right and left handed, however during a game there is no way that I have found to choose which side of the plate the batter is batting from during a particular at bat. Right handed batter icons automatically show up on the right side of the plate (pitcher's perspective) and left handers on the left, but switch hitters default to the right side also. I am assuming also that separate batting stats are not kept for RH and LH at bats either. Hopefully I am not missing something? If not, any plans to include this? Thank you.

In the current release (v1.65), there is not a way to track batting left vs. right handed. In the release we are submitting today(!) (v2.0), you can go to the lineup screen and set Left/Right when the batter is at the plate, and it will actually track which side the player was batting from for each at bat. We do not report on batting left vs. batting right, but the data will be there starting with v2.0, so we will be able to add that kind of reporting to a future version.
