How to: Replace Player Card Photos

I would like to replace last seasons "headshots" on several players' cards . . . problem is when I select a photo from my "Photo Album", click on "Use" . . . it says "Successful - The image has been uploaded. OK". But when I click on "OK" and I look at the "Player Headshot", it hasn't changed the photo - still last seasons photo.
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using a new device this year? Are you viewing on a team website that is pointing to your old device? If that is the case you can email us your old and new customer ID and the URL of your team website we can update your site to point to the new device.

I am using a new device (iPad2) ... old device (iPod Touch), however, I haven't had a "Team Website" in several seasons.
When attempting to update the "Headshots", I went thru "Team Manager", select Team, "Roster", select Player, "Player Card", select Camera Icon, chose desired photo saved in "photo Album", "Use" . . . and then the screen says: Successful. The image .... etc.
But the old "Headshot" is not replaced.
Is this still related to "old" vs "new" device? I was able to place new players' photos on their Player Cards --- just couldn't replace existing Headshot photos.

are you saying the handheld device shows new photo for player but the web site is not changing head shots?
Please clarify, where you are and are not seeing the change ... is it on the handheld, ( old itouch, new iPad2) or the team web site (old team site, new team site etc).. ..
the team site is tied to the device it was purchased with.. ie if the team site was purchased with the itouch, FTM has to change the association on their end to make the new iPad update the team site. this could be the issue

I am doing all of this on an iPad2 - I do not have a "purchased" web site for this team.
Sorry for the confusion . . . I'll try to explain what I'm doing.
1) I've plugged my iPad into my computer (USB) to connect to iTunes.
2) I have photo's of our Fall-2011 Players (taken by the iPad2).
3) Enter "ESPN iScore" (vers. 3.41.221) on my iPad2.
4) Enter "Team Manager".
5) Now on "Team List" page . . . selcted my team: "Raiders 2011-Fall"
6) Now on "Team Info" page . . . selected "Roster".
7) Now on "Roster" page . . . selected player "00 Olivia"
8) Now on "Player Info" page for "00 Olivia" . . . select "Player Card".
9) Now on "Player Card" . . . select "Flip"
10) Now displaying "Player Headshot" . . . the photo is the one from last season (00 Olivia, Raiders 2011-Spring) . . . so . . .
11) Click on "Camera" icon, "Photo Album", and choose "00 Olivia"s new "2011-Fall" picture, and click on "USE". The response looks good - says: "Successful - The image has been uploaded. OK", so I click on "OK".
12) Now, when I go back to "Player Card" it still shows Olivia's old 2011-Spring photo. I tried exiting iScore and re-entering with not difference.
13) This is interesting - and might mean something to you . . . when attaching photos for our new players (that did not have pictures in their "Player Cards") . . . and I do the same sequence as step 11 above - it results in the new 2011-Fall Photo being input.
A little long winded here - but I hope someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. About a year ago, I remember someone writing in to (or at least I think I saw it) this forum addressing "replacing Player Card Photos" and indicating that the photo has to be "blanked" in order to input a new photo . . . am I dreaming? Does this have any merit? I "searched" for this particular posting but couldn't find it - - - so . . . ??? here I am.
Again, sorry for the long windedness. (is this a word?).

@FTM, a small bug?
I was able to replicate the same problem on my iPad1 iscore v3.41.221
But note, the team web site photo was updated, and if I email a player card it has the updated photo, just the handheld retains the old photo. I exited and restarted the app, no change
@randkos3 - if you email yourself the player card, after the successful update on photo, you should have new. Photo, just the handheld looks wrong
Also FYI, for iscore purposes, you do not need to be cabled to iTunes with iscore, it just needs to be connected to Internet for pictures to upload
Also FYI for FTM, I think this is a recently new issue with a recent version of iscore, because I recall making photo changes just a few weeks ago with out this problem when we changed the web site roster to include photos...issue cropped up since then

UPDATE:
I called up the Player Card this morning (10 hrs since I made the photo change request on the player card) AND . . . it's there! - both on the handheld and the emailed copy! Maybe there's a time delay on our handhelds until the photo appears.
OTex - thanks for taking the time to look at and replicate this issue. Since you were able to confirm that the picture does change (verified via your incoming email) but not on the handheld, I guess everything works just fine - patience is all it takes. When I was doing my photo changes yesterday, I never emailed myself - just looked at the player card to see if it changed.
And thanks for the info on not having to be hard-wired to my computer - I'm not one of these youngsters that computer stuff comes naturally.
All is fine now!!!

Thanks for update..
I just checked my 'test' player card.. Still shows old picture (2 hours after the fact).. It seems odd that time would be fix.. But perhaps.. regardless, i am confident FTM will look into it and fix in a future update..
But for now sounds like acceptable work around.. Since emailing works w/ correct photo..
On a side note, since the cable thing was helpful... What is very important to do is option export ( muat be connected to internet, ie wifi or 3g) after you score a game to save your data base on the FTM servers, great if you ever loose device or have data problems..
P.s. I do not recall a historical post ever saying you have to clear the photo first.. What I recall from memory is there is not a 'remove' button, the only way to change to a blank is to post a new photo. The idea for a remove button is hopefully still on FTM radar for future consideration...

This is likely a caching issue on the device itself. We would think completely close iScore (where you double tap the home button, find iScore in the running programs list, press and hold the icon until it shakes, and press the "-" (not the "x" you would use to remove the app from your device). Then restart iScore and we would think the cache would be cleared. It is possible that after closing you may have to go to Settings, and clear the cache on the Safari browser application as well, but that seems less likely.
We will look into making the device not cache those images in a future update.

closing the app is not the solution.. I tried that before. (and also exported before too). I just tried " Slide to off" and that does not help either. I had not tried clearing safari cache (not sure why it would matter inside the iScore app) , but for grins i just did, (settings, safari, clear history and clear cookies and data) and No change -- the old photo is still on the handheld player card. And the new photo is on the Team Web site roster and when emailing player card.. i
FTM, where you able to replicate the issue?
