Pitching Stats

Post by kacolvin » Mon Jun 22, 2009 8:38 am

I use iscore for Fastpitch Softball.
In softball, a Pitcher can re-enter the game, after she has been replaced.
The Pitching Stats show the correct number of innings pitched, but do not keep the Pitch Totals from when she was in before.
It only shows the totals from the last time she entered.
Is there any way to get the totals ?
Thanks for a great application.

The pitching totals should be retained. It sounds like you may be doing yoru substitutions by using the Lineup button instead of using the substitution method described in the training videos at this link:

http://iscore.fasterthanmonkeys.com/training.jsp

Part 2 in particular goes over substitutions.

If you ARE using the method described in Part 2, and it is still not keeping pitch totals correctly when the pitcher comes back in, then we would like to look at your database to see what is causing the issue.

You can send us your database by clicking the Options menu, then Export. When you get a Success message, you would email us your user ID (bottom left of Options screen) to support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false, and let us know which game is showing a discrepancy, and for which pitcher.

Thank you.
