here it goes ---
- had an iphone 3GB
- bought app and also 2 separate websites for 2 teams
- replaced iphone with iphone 4
- when i synced with itunes, all the games, stats, etc. from iphone 3GB appeared in iphone 4
- had problem with iphone 4 and was instructed to restore
- when i restored, iscore still appeared as an app but it was now blank in terms of stored data on games, players, etc.
- new season started so i scored around 3 games and those are all that appear in my device (note: no new website purchased yet)
question --- how can i transfer all data (from websites from last season) to my iphone 4 and still be able to preserve data from 3 games scored recently?
note: customer ID has changed and is no longer the same as before i restored ihone 4.

Let me recap the big points, when you change device,
Assuming you EXPORT your data after every game as recommended. your data is stored on FTM servers and can be used as a backup.
if you email support@iscoresports.com with old device id and new device id and ask them to transfer all your former data and team site ownership to new device they will. (free and generally within 48 hours)
for you that would be perfect, up until the point you scored the new games on the new device.
To merge the two takes some "tricks" (need a second device to data share out new games, retrieve original, then data share in new games). email FTM and ask if they can not only transfer but "merge" your old device data and new device data.

I assume the user ID i the 10 charactet in the admin website? I have the ID for my current device but not sure about the old device. Can I get that from websites that were set up while I wa still usin old device? Thanks.

yes the device id is found on options > admin web site on your device. they are hardware specific to each device.
if you do not know your former device id, give FTM as much info as you can.. team web site url, your name, etc and perhaps they can look up. much easier if they have device id (perhaps you have old device or book marked admin web page with it).
