Email

I am trying to email game results but it is saying unsuccessful. What can I do?

An Unsuccessful message will usually mean an invalid email address (confirm your email address is entered correctly), or a bad internet connection (try going to the web browser on your device and browsing to http://iscoresports.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Usually internet issues can be fixed by completely powering your device off and back on.

It has emailed every game but one and I still get an error message when trying to send it.

I am just sending it to Web and have tried it on the data plan and a wireless network.

If you can do an Options -> Export, and email us with your customer ID and which game you are having trouble emailing, we can take a look. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.
