I am trying to install iScore baseball on dell xcd 28 (Android2.1)

It gives following error.

Android devices', Google Account should be the same as my computer's google account, so when I try to change the google account on my Android device by giving the correct username and password .Then it gives the following error on my phone:

Error message on Android:
"Your phone needs to communicate using google server.

this could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data sevice.If it continues to give the error contact customer support.

Unfortunately this is an issue that is beyond our knowledge of how the Android Marketplace works. If your device came preinstalled with the Android Marketplace, you should be able to purchase right from your device. The Android Marketplace is required for iScore.

I have Android MArketplace

Did it come preinstalled on the device? Or was the device rooted and the Android Marketplace added? If it came preinstalled, we don't know of any reason it should not work, and Google should be able to provide help at the link provided.

"The Market came preinstalled with the device. Apart from the above error showed "Network connection is not available " finally I think that probably the signal was not there continuously for the period of 5 minutes that the app takes to download.Anyway I have posted it in the google link that you gave me.

Just I was writing and checked once more it showed "Signed In"

Hi

I am trying to install the ESPN iScore Baseball. I am stuck at the last step .

When I click buy ,A dialog box appears. It has got two buttons one is CONTINUE and
other is CANCEL. But the CONTINUE button is disabled.

I do not know how I can send the screen shot of that.....

Once again, purchase issues are not something we are able to troubleshoot. They are handled by Google, Amazon, or Apple. In your case, it seems you are trying to purchase from the Android Market which would be with Google. This is the link they gave us for people having issues with the purchase process on the Android Market:

We wish we could be more helpful, but we just don't have any control of the purchase process.
