Missing stats for courtesy runner

I was aggregating player stats, etc from a recent tournament and was having trouble reconciling the "runs" total. I discovered that a player that was only a courtesy runner during the game was not included in the Hitting stats spreadsheet. While the team scored 5 runs in the game and the "total" line in the spreadsheet showed 5 runs, looking at the individual players only listed 3 runs (the 2 missing runs where scored by the courtesy runner). Is there a way to resolve this?
