I was testing the iScorecast functionality (very slick) and initially synched a "dummy" game so I could see what info was displayed, etc. I plan to synch all of the games I've already scored and to avoid confusion was hoping I could delete this dummy game from the list of games shown on the iScorecast site. I've already deleted the game from my Android using the Game Manager, but unfortunately it still shows online. Any suggestions?

If you log in to your Admin Website (go to Options -> Admin Website in iScore for instructions on how to do this), there is an option to delete iScorecasts from there.

I'm having an issue with a test game I just put in. Same thing, can't delete it. Deleted the game from the iScore admin web site (after deleting it from my iPad) Casting section, but can't delete the game from the Game tab (it still appears there). Already did a Tune UP.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Games tab reflects whatever is on your device. So after deleting the game from your device, do an Options -> Export to update the server.
