question regarding changing a scoring play after end of game

Post by 9B445A089C » Sun Apr 10, 2011 9:57 am

How can I go back and change a batter from out to safe and make it a fielder's choice? It does not want to let me do this on the pitch by pitch area. Since I recorded it wrong perhaps it will not let me go back and change it.

Thank you.

Dean,
Welcome to the board.

iScore does not currently support game changing edits such as outs or runs scored/not scored due to the interrelated events issue with baseball. The feature is on FTM's enhancement to do list.

Can I delete the game and renter as a new game from pitch one and correct all of my mistakes? Will this foul up anything in the cumulative team stats or the player cards?

Thank you.

I have deleted and re-entered a game before. I recommend using both the pitch by pitch and scorecard to re-score. Each one by itself is a little deficient to rescore, but together you can recreate the game pretty well.
