i-Scorecast question

Post by Tguerr16 » Sat Apr 09, 2011 2:16 pm

Hi all...I've used (attempted that is) to use iscore for the first two of my high school games...it's tough trying to coach and do this at the same time, but once I get home and go through the game in the book and finish on the device I'm good...the kids love the web site and stats.

My question is with the i-scorecast...when someone goes to the iscorecast.com site and they put in my customer code nothing is coming up. I turned the on/off to "on" on my device.

For a game that was already scored with iScorecast off, you can go to Game Manager, select the game, then scroll down to i-Scorecast Synchronize and tap that and it will send the game up to our iScorecast server and you will then be able to watch it on the iScorecast.com site.

Ok got it...now...For my next name this week how will a fan be able to watch the game via iscorecast? Do I have to enable it before the game somewhere? Do I have to do anything to sync it during the game?

You can send them the link to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; right now, and include your customer ID in your email to them. Tell them what time the game is, and they can use that link to watch your game.

Just make sure iScorecast is enabled in the Options screen for your device, and all games will automatically be iScorecast. You won't have to do anything during the game other than making sure you have internet access.

This app gets better every day...just need to teach my manager how to use it so I can concentrate on the game and not on both...although if I get better at doing it having the lineups and pitch counts in my hand is nice!
