That likely means you have not actually created an iScorecast yet. The iScorecast server will not recognize your customer ID until at least one pitch has been sent up to the iScorecast server from your device. You can create a test game with iScorecast enabled, and do one pitch, then you will be able to see how the iScorecast process works.
