How do you speak with someone to learn how to use this prgm?

Are there any instruction any where on how to use this program? Can you speak to a person? Help!!!

Watch all the training videos and then practice as much as you can ( i.e. On TV) before going " live".

There are knowledgable volunteers on this forum, almost 24x7 who tend to respond to specific questions pretty quickly. . (thanks to friends overseas and those that don't seem to sleep nearly 24x7). , it is not live phone support, but can be very helpful and the price is pretty good.
i have not seen any private tutoring offers
