"Catcher Pick Off"

Post by mfritsch » Wed May 25, 2011 9:33 am

Where in the stats does it reflect when a catcher picks off a runner at third after a pitch? It is not showing up in the PK column if it is supposed to or anywhere else that I can see. Perhaps I am just entering it incorrectly. Is it just reflected as a PO? Thanks in advance.

Pickoffs will appear as the PK stat. You must enter it as a pickoff for it to show there. We just did these steps and it credited the catcher with the pickoff:

Tap Runner on 3rd
Out, Third, Pickoff
C - 3B (when asked for the touches)

Verified the stats. Catcher gets the following stats:

PK: 1
PKA: 1
A: 1

Third baseman gets the following stats:

PO: 1

Thanks for the quick reply. I think I am on track. Made one mistake and had a little revisionist history from one of the Dads.... (That could be a whole other Sticky Topic...)
