No Confirmation Email When Registering a New Device

Trying to add a new device to my admin site. I followed all the directions and get the message about a “confirmation email has been sent.” The email never arrived. I’ve tried it several times and get nothing. Checked spam folders, etc. and get nothing. Any solutions?
