Scrolling Marquee for Sponsors

I created the main page of the website using native html (no iframe links to other sites)

Has anyone created a scrolling vertical marquee to display our sponsors?

Every time I try the html it does not scroll.

our site is http://www.longmontstealth.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

I also noticed when I use the html marquee tag it is removed when saved.
