The community has spoken. Android has been the most requested platform for the next version of iScore, and it is now here.

The Android version is fully compatible with the iOS version. Data can be shared between iOS and Android devices. The functionality is nearly identical to the iPhone version. We will be creating training materials specifically for the Android in the coming weeks, but the training materials for the iOS devices would mostly still apply.

We are excited at the opportunity to expand the iScore Community.

This is awesome news. While I don't have any products that run iOS, the fact that you can share data is even better! Great job guys!

I jumped to the Market the moment I heard! However after I purchased it I tried to download it to my Samsung Epic and it fails to download. Anyone else having this problem?

Going to start another thread asking people what devices they have installed iScore on. Unfortunately with the Android market, there are far more actual hardware devices out there than we could possibly test on. We would hope device specific issues are limited (Google has said it should not be an issue), but it will be interesting to see.

The minimum Android OS version for iScore is 2.1. As long as your device is at least version 2.1 or newer, it should work.

An issue with downloading seems like it would be specific to the carrier maybe? We only made the application available through the official "Android Market", so as long as the carrier has the Market application available (which Google has assured us they are all required to have), then iScore should be available for download.

Yeah I think it is my carrier. I did purchase from the Market but I think my carrier inadvertently set my preferences to not allow downloads. Ill try again tomorrow. I might have to ask for a refund then purchase it again.

Would love to purchase the MLB player update subscription. When will that be available?

It will be available very soon -- definitely before the start of the MLB season, but most likely even sooner.
